My Professional Journey
My career path exemplifies the non-traditional journey I now help others navigate. Beginning with a degree in Social Science and Secondary Education, I followed my passion for developing human potential into the corporate world, eventually rising to Chief People Officer at Purchasing Power. There, I led organizational transformations across e-commerce, fintech, and healthcare sectors while designing comprehensive career frameworks that created clear advancement pathways for countless professionals.
As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Certified Executive Coach, I bring both executive-level insight and formal coaching methodology to every client relationship. My experience spans the entire career spectrum—from orchestrating new graduate orientation programs to facilitating C-suite succession planning.

I created EverPoint Growth Services because I felt called to use my gifts of deep listening, connection, and empathy to serve others in illuminating their career paths.
